Ideal position for an organized, people oriented, detail oriented individual with an interest in organic food. Currently we participate at three weekly farmers markets in Toronto(Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday in summer). You must be outgoing, have strong arithmetic skills and be aware of issues surrounding organic farming. You will be responsible for:/ p- }0 K( E5 Q* w5 ?1 I4 f. G' q
Retail sales" L$ F" ^1 ^, b k/ ^
ordering
4 K5 u7 a0 b, \8 |: N: K7 m record keeping
1 y% Z, i3 k- Z2 ^) `! P4 E prep, loading, delivery, set up, sales and tear down of farmers market
' h$ B( X! @" U5 |* F organizing storage and retail areas" ~1 |# h# \, |% U' g
developing retail sales
/ f) e" u4 b: K, QAt times, the retail manager will assist with store delivery.
' I/ @: g) I6 N0 \8 k/ UA valid driver's license and clean driving record is required. Some heavy lifting (50lb) is required.( t* Y# D1 X/ k, l4 v/ T2 W
Salary negotiable based on skills, experience. Company benefit will be available after 3 months. Employment is available. Training will be provided. 5 \+ y5 g0 k' u) [
