0 l2 s+ T! C( U* E/ L' G$ FYour responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
+ ^; x( i6 P7 R. u* n  ^( }• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
) y3 ^; P1 e/ E2 B• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
• Create and update various reports
• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
2 R' Q6 [$ \2 A  y! y  t• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation
+ N/ ^2 ]6 ~+ f% J* E* l• Other duties may be assigned

• Annual salary from $30 000 to $35 000

2 T! p$ o' v" q5 u) o• Previous experience in a sales supporting role is an asset
" G7 f0 }2 x. t0 T2 F5 r• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
" L5 i  y8 O4 p: a• Able to meet deadlines
• Customer service experience
• Superior computer skills including Microsoft Application suites
