• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
3 E' u/ c7 Q% i  @• Create and update various reports
• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation
• Other duties may be assigned

- v: r2 E5 z) N4 W- Y7 D• Previous experience in a sales supporting role is an asset

  F( S: U- h4 o  w0 Q: R+ \+ a" H• Able to meet deadlines
• Customer service experience
& R* H5 e# w4 x+ C: s• Superior computer skills including Microsoft Application suites
