- O1 A1 i- O- u, r$ [‧Assist in after-lending management4 K1 [* {$ {6 c4 @
‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.
" o& W8 D5 v& G/ z, {; e‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.
$ ]1 [/ i2 X; |. `" X. P% x‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.

Qualifications and Experiences:: S& o$ Z& T$ j+ j( i j% n
‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
- D v5 R8 ^/ }3 w$ v3 ~1 K# m; s0 p‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.
$ T6 `0 [; F9 U p‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;
5 T1 j3 ~6 q; G+ {‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.
; o. g/ D" r$ O4 t/ S" f‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.
+ V/ ^, t* j' l7 O‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.
- m* @- z. b! G7 ^+ _$ j; L‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements. 3 e2 g" |5 U4 \+ R* B% D/ J0 h
‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.- c& V2 {6 ^3 _+ g. E1 w: K% e
‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);
